The setting

A storefront suite on Irvine Boulevard in Tustin, home to board-certified orthodontist Dr. Linda Phi. Full-height glazing at the entry pulls Orange County daylight deep into reception, where an arched logo wall greets patients the moment they step inside.

The concept

The design brings the calm of a mountain trail indoors for a practice that treats kids and adults alike. A geometric mountain-and-pine mural runs the length of the open treatment bay, framed park-style landscape prints line the corridor, and repeated arches soften every clinical edge into something closer to a lodge than an office.

Materials & palette

Sage and mint layered over crisp white, with wood-plank flooring warming every room. The curved reception desk is fronted in fluted white oak, echoed at the twin-mirror brushing station; patterned blue-and-white tile and cove lighting that washes the arches in a soft glow finish the palette.

The experience

Patients arrive to the arched logo wall and curved oak reception, then follow a corridor of framed landscape prints toward the open bay, where sage treatment chairs line up beneath the mural. Glass-walled private treatment, consultation, and sterilization rooms keep the clinical work visible but quiet, and the oval-mirrored brushing station anchors the hallway between them.
